Ponderosa The main project at Pondarosa would be trees to plant in the hedge gaps and create new spaces for grazing, camping and playing. We are currently in the process of raising enough money to buy a mini excavator in the next few months, to dig some planting trenches and help with moving piles of junk and debris out of the way. The trenches will be used for healing in shrubs and trees in preparation for planting out. We have a little tree nursery currently and that will expand nicely with the machinery. We also want to improve woodland access by managing the existing trees and paths. Some trees will be planted to create camping or glamping pods. It's all about keeping it wild by introducing native plants, shrubs and trees to encourage more beautiful and organic wildlife. Improving the site by clearing the rubbish and using the space communally for fun and camping during summer months. Pondarosa is in Podington five minutes from Santa Pod, Bedfordshire.
